Clay Cooper

Clay Cooper joined AirTight FaciliTech as president in 2019 after serving in numerous roles across the HVAC industry for 30+ years. 

Clay began his career as a sales representative for GW Berkheimer. From there Clay accepted a position in service sales for Trane Chicago. In 1997 he accepted a sales position at York Chicago and within a couple years became its District Service Manager. After York was acquired by Johnson Controls, Clay continued with the company as Service Manager until joining Midwest Mechanical in 2009 as Vice President of Operations where he was responsible for all the day-to-day operations of the service business.
